I used many of files transfer softwares but they don't transfer files from Android phone or Tablet to PC or Laptops without any DataCable. If that transfer files then the sending speed so slow. Avencualy i used SuperBeam.
                                     It available for all type of devices which supported WIFI like (Android Phone,Tablets,Pc,Laptops etc). You'll need SuperBeam installed on both devices and then you'll need to pair the devices using any of a number of methods, including QR Codes, NFC, or by typing a manual code. After you've set it up, sharing is as easy as picking the files you want to share and sending them to the paired device.
You can even connect SuperBeam to an Android device without SuperBeam installed or to a computer by connecting those computer to the ad-hoc network SuperBeam creates.

• To be able to send and receive contacts (since SuperBeam 4.0): READ_CONTACTS & WRITE_CONTACTS.
• To manage WiFi Direct connection: ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE & CHANGE_WIFI_STATE.
